Wyllt: Nature-Based Therapeutic Programmes

Wyllt offers non-residential, nature-based therapeutic programmes for small groups of up to four adults. Each four-day programme integrates psychological principles with wilderness living skills and outdoor experiential activities. The work is grounded, relational, and designed to support wellbeing, resilience, and personal growth through direct engagement with the natural world.

These programmes are suitable for adults seeking a deeper connection with themselves, others, and the land, regardless of previous outdoor experience.

Upcoming Events

  • Tree Weavers programme at Gisburn Forest - £600

    March 16th - 19th 2026

Tree Weavers is a non‑residential, four‑day nature‑based therapeutic programme held in the quiet woodland of Gisburn Forest. With only four places, it offers an intimate and spacious setting for personal reflection and reconnection. Blending evidence‑based psychology with wilderness living skills and threads of British folklore, each day follows the four shields system: a compass‑setting practice, gentle exploration, and simple craft using natural materials. Through weaving, knotting, and creating small woodland artefacts, participants trace their own unfolding journey. Tree Weaver is designed for adults seeking clarity, resilience, and groundedness—no prior outdoor experience needed, only curiosity and a willingness to meet the forest with intention. Booking early is recommended.

  • Ritual using Druid traditions Workshop Nature Therapy Conference 2026

    May 8th - May 11th

Within a consecrated circle honouring earth, sea, and sky, participants will step out into the Wild Wood itself, engaging directly with its guardians, signs, and teachings. Each person will meet the animal guide who rises for them through encounter rather than selection, allowing resonance, not preference, to shape the relationship.
